Booking
Rental payment can be made by one of several ways, depending on your location:

1. Bank Deposit.
2. Wire Transfer. (The guest is responsible for all transfer fees).

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

If a cancellation is made within 2 months of the arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be retained. If a cancellation is made within 1 months, 50% of the deposit will be retained. If a cancellation is made within 2 weeks, 100% of the deposit will be retained.

A $250USD refundable security/damage deposit is required. This can be made in cash on arrival.
A standard cleaning fee of $40.00 per visit will also be charged.
